Please take note of the following information regarding course registration procedures and schedule for the graduate school in 2026 Fall. (2026-2)

3. Course Registration System Guide
※ Please refer to the attached file for detailed information and the system manual regarding the pre-course registration system.
① Pre-Course Registration (Not First-Come, First-Served) (Student) After course registration, students can apply for an increase in the quota for courses with insufficient available spots (T/O) ▶ (Instructor) Reflects the 1st quota increase. ▶ A. (After Quota Increase) If the number of registered students is less than the course's maximum capacity (T/O), registration is confirmed. B. (After Quota Increase) If the number of registered students exceeds the course's maximum capacity (T/O), all pre-registered students will be removed (all students must then proceed with first-come, first-served registration). ② First-Come, First-Served Course Registration (First-Come, First-Served) (Student) Students register on a first-come, first-served basis for remaining spots, and then apply for a quota increase for courses they couldn't register for. ▶ (Instructor) Reflects the 2nd quota increase (this is the final increase; no further increases after the semester begins). ▶ (After Semester Begins) During the course registration change period, students can register on a first-come, first-served basis for the newly increased spots. |
4. Note
① Graduate schools only operate classes offline or on-off mix.
- Please check the class operation method (Offline/Flip learning/PBL) for each class and apply for the class according to your situation. (Graduate school has 100% no online classes)
② Graduate students are not allowed to Retaking a Course, Grade Withdrawal.
③ Ph.D students can choose additional credits (3 credits) in the desired semester.
- Applications can only be made for two semesters
- The available credits can be adjusted through [GLS-수업-수업가능학점조정] before the course registration period
④ The combined master's and Ph.D students can be taken by selecting additional credits (3 credits) for the desired semester.
- Applications can only be made for one semester
- The available credits can be adjusted through [GLS-수업-수업가능학점조정] before the course registration period

5. Information on "Academic Writing and Research Ethics 1" Course
All graduate students are required to complete "Academic Writing and Research Ethics 1" Course in order to prevent plagiarism and enhance research ethics.
① Object : All students
② How to take the course: Apply for Academic Writing and Research Ethics 1 (COV7001-I5) as a "prerequisite(선수)" and complete it
※ Subject to the addition of eligible courses starting from the second semester of 2026.
※ "Academic Writing and Research Ethics 1" subjects are not included in the available credits (9 credits) for each semester, and are not included in the completed credits (24 credits for master's degree/36 credits for Ph.D/51 credits for combine and Ph.D. degree)
③ If not completed "Academic Writing and Research Ethics 1", you unable to apply for thesis review
④ Course number: COV7001-I5
6. Procedures to request for increase in the student capacity (Note: This has changed from the previous course registration procedure, so please pay attention.)
A. Before Semester Starts :
Quota increases are only possible before the semester begins, due to the implementation of the pre-course registration system. Please refer to the pre-course registration guide post for details.
1st Quota Increase : August 6 (Thu) ~ August 7 (Fri)
2nd Quota Increase : August 13 (Thu) ~ August 19 (Wed)
B. After Semester Starts:
There will be no quota increases after the semester begins.
